🧭 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales – Healthcare to lead new business development and drive growth within a fast-expanding healthcare BPO division.

You’ll inherit two existing enterprise accounts and be expected to grow them further, while also bringing in new clients across the U.S. healthcare payer and provider landscape.

This is a strategic role for someone who can operate independently, open new doors, and drive real revenue impact.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Own and deliver a U.S. healthcare sales strategy for BPO/CX solutions
  • Target, engage, and close deals with healthcare payers, providers, and tech-led healthcare firms
  • Manage and expand key accounts totaling over $10M in revenue
  • Partner with internal teams on proposals, RFPs, and enterprise sales strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events and client-facing sessions
  • Maintain strong, transparent pipeline reporting and forecasting

🧠 What You Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise-level BPO/CX sales experience
  • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare outsourcing trends and buying processes
  • Proven success winning large-scale, multi-year CX deals
  • A network of senior contacts within payer/provider organizations
  • Strong executive presence, drive, and ability to work independently
  • Experience with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals

💼 What’s On Offer

  • Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus/Commission: Competitive and uncapped
