🧭 The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Client Partner to lead strategic growth and relationship management across large enterprise accounts in the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Hi-Tech sectors.

This role blends consultative business development, technology acumen, and account expansion. You’ll engage with C-level executives, identify new opportunities, and deliver multi-service solutions aligned to clients’ digital roadmaps.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Own senior-level client relationships across multiple enterprise accounts
  • Identify, pitch, and close large-scale software, automation, and AI transformation deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, delivery, product, and engineering
  • Act as a client advocate while coordinating escalations and solution delivery
  • Interface with stakeholders from individual contributors to the C-suite
  • Track and manage pipelines, revenue targets, and long-term growth goals
  • Maintain strong domain knowledge in industrial and technology-led ecosystems

🧠 What You Bring

  • 5–15 years’ experience in technology roles (e.g. development, business analysis)
  • 5+ years in a client-facing role with proven business development results
  • Strong understanding of the Manufacturing & Hi-Tech industries
  • Familiarity with modern software delivery: SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD
  • Experience with automation, AI, or GenAI services preferred
  • Ability to sell and shape large software delivery engagements
  • Background in IT services or consulting delivery environments is a plus
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and solution framing skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities

  • Base Salary: $150,000–$180,000
