🧭 The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion in the industrial sector. This is a senior-level individual contributor role focused on growing enterprise revenue through consultative, value-led sales.
You’ll work with delivery, engineering, and account teams to target major U.S.-based industrial companies, close new IT services deals, and grow existing relationships.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Hunt and win new enterprise clients in the industrial vertical
- Expand current accounts by identifying and growing untapped opportunities
- Create and execute strategic sales plans by client and industry segment
- Consult with prospects on delivery models, pricing, and solution fit
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals in collaboration with legal and delivery teams
- Create and deliver compelling proposals and statements of work (SOWs)
- Own sales reporting, opportunity tracking, CRM pipeline, and forecasting
- Support delivery and operations teams post-sale to ensure success and account expansion
🧠 What You Bring
- 5–10+ years of sales experience in IT professional services or consulting
- Proven success closing multi-year, multi-million-dollar IT solutions deals
- Experience selling into industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation, delivery models, and managed services
- Track record of consultative, value-based selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred for senior roles
