🧭 The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion in the industrial sector. This is a senior-level individual contributor role focused on growing enterprise revenue through consultative, value-led sales.

You’ll work with delivery, engineering, and account teams to target major U.S.-based industrial companies, close new IT services deals, and grow existing relationships.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Hunt and win new enterprise clients in the industrial vertical
  • Expand current accounts by identifying and growing untapped opportunities
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans by client and industry segment
  • Consult with prospects on delivery models, pricing, and solution fit
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals in collaboration with legal and delivery teams
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals and statements of work (SOWs)
  • Own sales reporting, opportunity tracking, CRM pipeline, and forecasting
  • Support delivery and operations teams post-sale to ensure success and account expansion

🧠 What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of sales experience in IT professional services or consulting
  • Proven success closing multi-year, multi-million-dollar IT solutions deals
  • Experience selling into industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation, delivery models, and managed services
  • Track record of consultative, value-based selling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred for senior roles
